Principal Responsibilities Reviews more complex audit report worldwide as requiredProduces and presents reports to management and communicate with local and global team on regular issuesProvides training to Audit Analysis Guangzhou team members on subject knowledgeMakes recommendations within field of expertise regarding audit data interpretationIdentifies methods of refining and improving the report processing workflow and bring issues to the attention of managementCommunicates with both internal and external organizations for information clarification Additional Responsibilities Leads research and special reporting as requiredConsults internationally and externally in area of specialty (e.g. ICTI, SA8000, WRAP, etc.)Supports training to the facilities/vendors/licensees of Disney when necessary Job Related Background Full working and in-depth knowledge of the Disney ILS programPossesses knowledge of standard procedures, policies, concepts, and practices of audit. Ability to interpret audit data of other organizationsExpertise in labor law of one or more foreign countries as well as in the areas of multi-stakeholder initiativesKnowledge of common findings of labor violations in key sourcing countriesUniversity degree in business administration, English, Law, Social Work or equivalentAt least three years’ experience in full time employment within an international work environmentGood communication, presentation and analytical skillsExcellent IT skills and working knowledge of a second language is a must
